How do I clear an item from the shopping cart?
Click VIEW CART on the Shopping Cart, then enter 0 as the quantity and click the RECALCULATE button. The item will then be removed from the Shopping Cart. This procedure can be done for each item in the Shopping Cart if desired.

Can we deliver to the UK?
At present we cannot deliver to the UK (excluding Northern Ireland). We are currently working to organise a delivery service to the UK (excluding Northern Ireland), this service will be available within the next few weeks.

What are the delivery charges in Ireland?
All deliveries within the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland are charged at €7.00 inclusive of VAT, up to a maximum weight of 30KB and a maximum length of 2.1 metres.

All orders will be delivered within 72 hours of despatch, depending on conditions such as weather, traffic etc.

The courier will leave a card or call on the contact number provided. Deliveries are normally re-arranged for the following business day.

I am going on holidays, what should I do?
If you have an existing order, please contact customer service on 01 4566890 and we will arrange for your order to be held until you return from holidays. Alternatively, you can provide us with a different delivery address and we will arrange to have the order shipped to that address.
